This morning, rSTAR Technologies kicked off a quarterly meeting of its Advisory Council with a charity event at Feed My Starving Children (FMSC). Council members, along with a number of additional staff members, gathered to pack nutritious meals for children in need, joining hands with FMSC to fight hunger worldwide. This event not only helped set a key tone for a full day of discussing rSTAR’s priorities and strategies as an organization, but also underscored our commitment to giving back to the communities we serve.
Feed My Starving Children is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing nutritionally complete meals to malnourished children around the globe. Since its founding in 1987, FMSC has delivered hope in the form of more than 3 billion (with a “B!”) meals to over 70 countries. The organization relies on volunteers to pack meals specifically designed to meet the needs of malnourished children and make a real difference in their lives. At rSTAR, we are proud to support FMSC’s mission because we believe that no child should go hungry – and that every small act of service contributes to a larger global impact.
Support for charities like FMSC, more than just random volunteer work, is deeply aligned with rSTAR’s core values of service and community. We understand that our responsibility extends beyond providing top-tier technology solutions; it also includes making a positive difference in the world. Today’s event was a reminder that when we come together, our efforts can have a profound impact on those who need it most.
At rSTAR, service is at the heart of everything we do—service to our customers, service to our communities, and service to those in need. We are committed to continuing our support of initiatives like FMSC, as we strive to be a force for good in the technology space, our local communities, and the world at large.
