As a Data Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust data solutions that enable our clients to extract maximum value from their data assets.

Data Architecture Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into comprehensive data architecture designs that align with industry best practices and regulatory standards.
Data Modeling: Develop logical and physical data models to support business needs, ensuring scalability, performance, and data integrity across the organization’s systems and applications.
Data Integration: Design and implement efficient data integration processes to consolidate and harmonize data from various sources, including internal systems, third-party vendors, and external data providers.
Data Governance: Establish data governance frameworks and policies to ensure data quality, privacy, and security compliance in accordance with industry regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and internal standards.
Data Warehousing and ETL: Lead the design and implementation of data warehousing solutions, including Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes, data pipelines, and data storage architectures to support reporting, analytics, and business intelligence initiatives.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Work closely with data analysts and business intelligence teams to define data requirements, design reporting structures, and develop dashboards and visualizations that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Technology Evaluation and Selection: Research and evaluate emerging technologies, tools, and platforms in the data management space, making recommendations for adoption based on their potential to enhance the organization’s data architecture and capabilities.

Skills:
Proven experience (5 years) working as a Data Architect or similar role in the utilities, energy, or related industries.
Strong understanding of data architecture principles, data modeling techniques, and database design concepts.
Proficiency in data integration tools and technologies (e.g., ETL/ELT tools, API integration, data virtualization).
Experience with data warehousing solutions (e.g., Snowflake, Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery) and cloud-based platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements and data governance frameworks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
