OmniMax International is based in Peachtree Corners, Georgia and manufactures construction materials. They began with a goal of modernizing customer experience by building a digital engagement and self-service ordering/payment portal through their website, but when COVID-19 disrupted the project, they reached out to rSTAR for support. With a little help from our team, they connected their on-premises Oracle ERP and Salesforce to create a comprehensive source of truth for customer data and leveraged Experience Cloud to achieve their CX and sales enablement goals.
