We are hiring a Salesforce Lead Developer with 8+ years of experience for a new role . The candidate will be part of a dynamic offshore development team, the ideal candidate will lead focusing on designing and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal hire will have strong expertise in Apex, Lightning (LWC/Aura), Visualforce, and integrations via REST/SOAP APIs.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura & LWC), and other Salesforce technologies.
Customize Salesforce applications in accordance with business requirements, including validation rules, reports, and dashboards.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Perform regular Salesforce system maintenance including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards and other routine tasks.
Work closely with QA and UAT teams to ensure successful testing and deployment of features and enhancements.
Integrate Salesforce with other internal systems using APIs, web services (REST/SOAP), and middleware solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs, ability to take exiting code and identify original approach and how to enhance with modification within Salesforce environments.
Adhere to coding best practices, maintain high code quality, and participate in peer code reviews.
Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and leverage new features to enhance the platform’s functionality.
Qualification & Skills:
Must Have:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (mandatory).
Strong hands-on experience with Apex (Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Scheduled Apex, Test Classes).
Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce Pages.
Deep understanding of Salesforce data model, security, sharing rules, and governor limits.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setup.
Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
Good to Have:
Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.
Familiarity with third-party integration tools like MuleSoft or Dell Boomi.
Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Git, Bitbucket, Copado, Gearset).
