Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for project & release planning, define project milestone & tracking, scheduling, coordinating & organizing all aspect of project lifecycle.
  • Motivating project teams to achieve a high level of performance and quality in delivering projects that provide exceptional business value to users.
  • Budget, finances, invoicing & cost management. Participate in how budget and staff are allocated for the project.
  • Risk, Assumptions, Issues & Dependencies [RAID] management.
  • Stakeholder, customer handling and management. Define project responsibilities with stakeholders.
  • Create management, communication plans and processes.
  • Analyse and develop procedures for management and technical duties.
  • Maintain project time frames, budget estimates and status reports. Monitor and report on key project performance metrics to the leadership team.
  • Participate in Agile practices across various Scrum teams.
  • Assist in team building and development activities while holding teams accountable for their commitments.
  • Define and handle project management process and champion ongoing process improvement initiatives.
  • Manage risks and issues, correct deviations from plans, and perform delivery planning for assigned projects and programs.
  • Promote empowerment of the team, ensure that each team member is fully engaged in the project and making a meaningful contribution, and encourage a sustainable pace with high levels of quality for the team.
  • Ensures best engineering and programming practices are followed and maintained.
  • Coordinate teams and help solve technical problems. Understand and raise technical risks and issues.
  • Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members, vendors, and management.
  • Organizational skills and time management skills to keep projects on track to the finish.
  • Oversee day-to-day technical operations and track overall project tasks and activities.
  • Setup project guardrails as needed.
  • Flexible and open to work on multiple projects at the same time. Flexibility with respect to onshore and offshore time.
  • Flexible to travel domestic and International [if needed].
