Job Description:

rSTAR Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Integration Architect with expertise in MuleSoft (primary), along with Microservices architecture, REST API. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in designing and implementing robust integration solutions, ensuring seamless communication and data flow across diverse systems including SAP.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Integration Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive integration strategies aligned with business objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design integration solutions accordingly.
MuleSoft Integration: Design, implement, and manage APIs using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
MuleSoft–SAP Integration (New):
- Architect and implement end-to-end integration solutions between MuleSoft and SAP systems (ECC, S/4 HANA, SAP PI/PO, etc.).
- Define best practices for integrating SAP modules with MuleSoft APIs.
- Collaborate with SAP functional/technical teams to ensure smooth integration.
MuleSoft Integration: Design, implement, and manage APIs and integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. Ensure API security, scalability, and performance in accordance with best practices. Stay updated on the latest MuleSoft features and incorporate them into the integration architecture.
Microservices Architecture: Architect and implement scalable and resilient microservices-based solutions. Collaborate with development teams to design microservices that promote agility and maintainability. Implement monitoring and logging solutions to ensure the health and performance of microservices.
REST API Development: Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs that adhere to industry standards. Ensure REST API security, versioning, and documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate REST APIs into applications.
Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with development, operations, and business teams to understand integration needs. Provide guidance and support to teams during the development and deployment of integrated solutions. Foster a collaborative and innovative environment for effective problem-solving.
Strong experience of API development and integration.

Must Have:

Minimum 8+ years’ experience.
Strong hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (API design, development, deployment, and management).
Proven experience in MuleSoft–SAP integration (SAP ECC, S/4 HANA, SAP PI/PO, IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, etc.).
Experience with web service APIs (SOAP, REST, POX, etc.).
Experience with integration platforms (MuleSoft, OIC, Oracle SOA, Dell Boomi, etc.).
Strong working knowledge of microservices architecture.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for MuleSoft and managing deployments across environments.
Strong experience in Agile-driven projects.
Strong working experience in Agile driven projects.
Assertiveness and ability to work under pressure with strict timelines, ability to stretch when required.
Technical problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or in a team- oriented environment.
Good communications skills and ability to produce high-quality deliverables.
Microservices Architecture.
Ability to integrate MuleSoft with CI/CD pipelines and manage deployments across environments.
Must have good experience in the Integration Platforms such as MuleSoft (primary), OIC, Oracle SOA, Boomi etc.
Proven experience as an Integration Architect, with a focus on MuleSoft Integrations, REST API, and Oracle Middleware (Azure APIM as add-on).
Strong understanding of cloud computing principles, especially within the MuleSoft and hybrid integration ecosystem.
Proficiency in designing and implementing scalable and secure integration solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good to have:

Certification in MuleSoft, SAP Integration, or related technologies is a plus.

Qualification & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
