We’re seeking a part-time Event Marketing Specialist to support our marketing team during a maternity leave. This contractor will lead event planning and execution, manage vendor relationships, and drive campaign performance across digital channels. The role includes supporting corporate events, conferences, and partner activations aligned with brand and pipeline goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute virtual and in-person events.
  • Coordinate logistics, vendors, budgets, venue selection, catering and timelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and client partners on messaging and promotion.
  • Create event briefs, timelines, budgets, decks, and post-event reports.
  • Track campaign ROI and lead generation using HubSpot.
  • Support brand awareness and engagement across social and digital channels.
  • Align event strategy with business goals, ensuring campaigns are on-brand, and outcome-driven.
  • Manage vendor relationships, offshore marketing collaboration, and promotional materials.
  • Oversee event setup, registration, and execution to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Analyze post-event feedback and performance to optimize future activations.
Must Have:
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Experience with HubSpot CMS, creating Event Request Forms and Event Decks.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Good to Have:
  • Familiarity with AI tools and emerging tech trends is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and collaborative spirit.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years in event marketing or digital campaign management.
